Welcome to Studio Greystone Executive Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Service Agreement
By purchasing a service from Studio Greystone Executive Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Our services are tailored to provide virtual executive assistance, administrative support, concierge services, and strategic business solutions.
1.1. Scope of Services
Services are provided remotely and tailored to meet each clientโs specific business needs.
Support is available during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
Enterprise Plan and high-priority clients may receive extended support and priority response based on the agreed package.
1.2. Customization & Adjustments
Clients on subscription plans may request customized workflows and project management support, but all changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
2. Subscription Auto-Pay & Billing Policy
By purchasing a subscription plan with Studio Greystone Executive Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Automatic Payments & Auto-Renewal
Your saved payment method will be automatically charged each billing cycle for the subscription plan you selected.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly) unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
Payment & Failed Transactions
If a payment fails, you will receive a failed payment notification, and we will attempt to process the payment again.
If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription may be suspended or canceled until payment is updated.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date.
Refunds are not provided for past payments once a billing cycle has started.

3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.
If services have not yet been provided, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Studio Greystone Executive Solutions.
If a client cancels a subscription before the next billing cycle and services for that month have not yet started, they may be eligible for a prorated refund based on unutilized hours.
4. No Rollovers Policy
Unused hours do not roll over from month to month in any subscription-based plan.
If a client requires additional support beyond their planโs hours, additional hours must be purchased separately or the client may upgrade to a higher plan.
5. Reasonable Use Policy (For Unlimited Plans)
Clients on the Executive Plan (Unlimited Support) are subject to a reasonable use policy to ensure fair access to services.
Reasonable use is defined as:
A balance of task volume and complexity that aligns with industry standards for a dedicated executive assistant.
Services must be related to administrative, executive, or operational support within our expertise.
Excessive task requests (e.g., demanding 24/7 availability without prior agreement or submitting unrealistic task volumes) may require a custom Enterprise Plan.
Studio Greystone reserves the right to adjust service levels or suggest alternative solutions for clients exceeding reasonable use limits.
6. Referral Program Terms
Clients can earn 5% off their next monthly invoice for every new client referral who successfully signs up.
Referral discounts can be stacked up to 15% per month or rolled over to future months if unused.
The referred client must remain active for at least one full billing cycle before the discount is applied.
Studio Greystone reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Studio Greystone Executive Solutions maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, proprietary data, and business operations.
Client data is handled with professional discretion, and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) are available upon request.
8. Project Support
Studio Greystone Executive Solutions offers light project coordination services to support workflows and administrative processes. This includes scheduling, follow-ups, task reminders, and basic progress tracking. We do not provide full-scale project management or planning services. If these services are required, clients may be referred to or collaborate with a third-party project manager.
9. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
No Employment Relationship: Engaging with Studio Greystone does not establish an employer-employee relationship.
Service Performance: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes as a result of our support services.
Third-Party Platforms: We may use third-party tools (e.g., CRM software, project management tools) to execute tasks. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from those platforms.
10. Amendments & Policy Updates
Studio Greystone reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
